Water keeps coming and cold and hot, not stable

I need help with repressuring my boiler electromax system. Looks like the boiler pressure is too low to enable the central heating

Go into my loft, take a photo of the error message on my boiler and turn it off at the wall

All ufh pipes installed. Manifold mounted all parts here. Just need to complete final connections / setup. Carry out connection to boiler and wiring. Set up ufh timers etc and show me how to use.

I am not getting hot water

I need assistance with repressurising my electric boiler (Electromax system) using the existing filling loop. The filling loop (silver braided hose) is already installed and connected with a black-handled valve on one end and a white plastic-handled valve on the other. When I try to top up the pressure, the black valve doesn’t seem to turn, and I’m unsure whether it’s already open or seized. The boiler currently shows low pressure, and I’d like a qualified plumber or heating engineer to: Check the filling loop valves and confirm correct operation.

Looking for a tradesperson to cover piping (and holes around pipes) under the sink (in cupboard) leading into the wall up to the boiler. The pipes are gas as the building is run by gas.
