Plastic / nylon bushes have worn when footstool is raised or lowered causing it to clunk

Hello, hope you’re well. I bought a wardrobe from bensons for beds a few years ago and was installed by professional fitters. However, recently 1 of the mirror doors has gotten stuck and slipped out of place. I’ve tried putting it back but I’m unable to do so and hence was wondering if this is something you can help fix? The wardrobe is called Bergen 2 Door Sliding Wardrobe Many thanks!

My Parker Knoll reclining chair had stopped working. Presumably it’s the motor but I don’t know for sure.
