I’m planning to replace my current motherboard with a new one (Gigabyte B550 AORUS ELITE V2). I’m facing several issues, including non-functional USB ports, unrecognized keyboard and other devices, and an error code "0d" during boot, which prevents the system from starting. Once the new motherboard arrives, I need help with: Removing the old motherboard and installing the new one. Reconnecting the CPU, GPU, memory, and other components. Ensuring the system boots and performs basic functions properly. Could you please assist with this, and let me know the cost and estimated time for the work?

Ive attempted at building my gaming PC and failed, ive installed the Motherboard, CPU, CPU AIO COOLER, GPU, GPU RADIATOR, M.2, SSD, AND 8 FANS, when i plugged everything in, the PC started up and shut down, the motherboard error code was "02", for that breif second, everything lights up except the CPU COOLER, so i believe there is a problem with the CPU/COOLER, but could be wrong. Ive disconnected all the wires/cables and PSU, and need help getting started and set up from here.
