Akira was very flexible and professional. Was very helpful and gave his all to help get the furniture in the house, and did not just abandon the sofa with all the difficulties presented. Just arrived a little later than expected, however a specific time wasn't set so he's not at fault. Would definitely work with Akira again and a big thank you 😊
