Replace an old balustrade. Has x railing currently unsafe. Happy to take advice on new style. Could consider wood or iron?

Need a brick balustrade cut out neatly, 2 sides and bottom, approx 4.5-5m total cutting length in 3 sections. Less than 1.5m high on outside, will be replacing with a cable fence ourselves

We need a balustrade that separates a split level removed which may mean patching where it’s removed from. We also need some plastering done on some walls. If you can only do one of these that’s also fine, price includes plastering and is negotiable.

Our external balustrade needs a light sanding (approx 400 grit sandpaper required) and re-oiling with oil and sandpaper that we will provide. Also, we have 4 stools that need the seat sanded and oiled.
