Looking for an experienced timber floor repairer to assess and repair marks caused by office chair wheels in a small study nook. Ideally looking for a repair that blends in with the existing floor without replacing boards if possible. Please quote including labour and materials. See photo attached.

Floors are 4 years old. Some chips and scratches I'd like repaired/concealed where possible. I'd like a coating (probably polyurethane type?) that will better protect the floor and last a good while before needing recoating/refinishing again. Current finish appears to be fairly natural/matte or satin. I'd like to go for satin this time for a slightly better and modern look. Sand back pine timber flooring and restain floor to colour indicated in sample photo. House is an old Victorian villa however floorboards are not original (likely mid 1900s). Imperfections / uneven points exist in aspects of the floor. Will require someone experienced doing this kind of work. Work only needs to be done in hallway, living, dining and kitchen (not bedrooms). Refer to floorplan. Note - walls between kitchen/living, and living/dining, have been removed. Floor has been patched with new pine boards.
