Job requirements - We are looking for an experienced tile stripper to remove all floor tiles as shown above. All tiles are fixed to a poured concrete slab. The job needs to be finished to a standard where the tiler can come in and get straight to work. Rear hallway, family room and kitchen are all tiled with the same type of tile on the same floor level. Skirting boards will need to be removed and preserved for refitting later. Bathroom - We will engage a plumber to come in and remove the toilet, bath, vanity and all tapware. Here the floor tiles will all need to be removed including skirting tiles. Shower recess (one wall is brick the other is aquachek) There is also a small nib wall between the show recess and the bath area. This wall needs to be retained and any brickwork repaired that gets damaged during the tile removal. Bath Area - Remove all tiles on the bath surround (brick) and the wall splashback (aquachek). The bath will be removed and then reinstalled in its current poition once the tiling is completed. Laundry - Remove all floor tiles and laundry trough splashback (aquachek).
