Hi, I'm looking for a professional tiler to install floor tiling in newly built house mainly in living areas (no wet areas). The area is approx. 95 sq.m. Most likely will go with 600x600 rectified tiles but also open for 800x800 tiles. House handover is end of Feb 2026 so wanted to lock in someone who can start early-mid March 2026. Thanks.

The toilet has a vinyl floor atm and I'd like it to be tiled. Its 1.40m x 0.80m and the tiles will fit under the door which i can remove. I have a 13 square metre kitchen floor that I want tiling. As it’s a painted on wooden floor, i need an intermediary layer putting down first, ideally some kind of uncoupling membrane. Apartment is at level 1 with lift and stairs. No carpet presently. Porcelain tiles need cleaning and resealing. They were sealed back in about 2011-2012 by "TurboForce". Not sure if the sealant is still present. I have had the shower regrouted a few months ago by Grout Guy. There are 2 tiles being replaced in the kitchen, see my other ad if interested. The grout there would be a bit young as well you might have to tape over to protect any cleaning activities. In the laundry bathroom there is a black stain of a minor size on one tile in the shower recess and in the ensuite some similar stains near the floor waste. These clued me to the fact my shower recesses needed redoing, however I am not sure if the stains are mould or related to partial membrane breakdown product thats worked its way through the tile. In the kitchen there is some grunge from where the dishwasher and fridge came out. I havent tried mopping it sorry been a bit busy. Please propose products you are going to use. Please respond with an offer it can be different than mine. The price might need to be two stage. If the stains don't come out I would be reluctant to seal. The last sealant Turboforce used was fine, no slips occurred. I am not keen on a slip resistant sealant that will change the appearance. Regarding timing if the stain removals take more than one visit this is still possible.

I have two cracked kitchen tiles. Fortunately the strata has given me three replacements. They are slightly too big and would need to be trimmed on two edges to suit. I would like the grout to match. I would like the job done before the carpet goes in. Please tell me of your experience as there is a seamless look with porcelain tiles that reflect everything. Thankyou.

Hello, I need a tiler for a kitchen splashback. The splashback wall is 230cm in length by 75cm high. The tiles are 30x60cm Porcelain tiles. I only have the tiles, no grout or other necessary supplies. If you can bring everything else that would be good. Fit several mosaic tiles over a patch of missing tiles after a wall leak repair, and then re-attach the tap fittings. I have tiles and tile adhesive. The patch itself is quite concave, the the corners will need some fine work to remove old grout to get new tiles right into corners. Great if work can be completed before Sat 1st of November, but otherwise any time after November 8.

Job requirements - We are looking for an experienced tile stripper to remove all floor tiles as shown above. All tiles are fixed to a poured concrete slab. The job needs to be finished to a standard where the tiler can come in and get straight to work. Rear hallway, family room and kitchen are all tiled with the same type of tile on the same floor level. Skirting boards will need to be removed and preserved for refitting later. Bathroom - We will engage a plumber to come in and remove the toilet, bath, vanity and all tapware. Here the floor tiles will all need to be removed including skirting tiles. Shower recess (one wall is brick the other is aquachek) There is also a small nib wall between the show recess and the bath area. This wall needs to be retained and any brickwork repaired that gets damaged during the tile removal. Bath Area - Remove all tiles on the bath surround (brick) and the wall splashback (aquachek). The bath will be removed and then reinstalled in its current poition once the tiling is completed. Laundry - Remove all floor tiles and laundry trough splashback (aquachek). Access - There is a driveway with access through the rear hall way and to the laundry/bathroom
