Looking for an experienced screeder or tiler to install a screed on my first-floor balcony (approx. 18 m²). The screed will be applied over an existing waterproofing layer (Bostik Dampfix Gold system), so care must be taken not to damage the membrane. Require screeding of approx. 35m2 outdoors so I can tile on top after it cures. A cement/sand based screed. Need it to be approx 25mm high along the path (see photos). I have ground the concrete back and applied a primer already. Also open to suggestions

I need a tiler to waterproof, screed and tile my balcony. Balcony dimensions: 3.5m x 4.5m Tiles will be 300x300 ceramic tiles. You need to supply, sand, cement, glue and grout. I will supply the tiles. Also need to go down the perimeter of the balcony with half a tile all the way around. ~12m

Need own large jackhammer. Jackhammering of screed off concrete slab I am a project manager and had a demo team remove pavers, screed etc. Tiler needs more screed/bedding off slab to get better fall. 6m x 2.7m Area x 50-60mm thick. Need own large jackhammer. Need to broom rubble into one pile but no need to take away. Needs to be a good job for tiler to create fall. Would take skilled person 2 hrs. Could take another 4-5hrs. Need to start at 8-9am. Paying $300 cash
