Chasing a Concretor or someone with experience finishing concrete to help with a small 3x2m 0.6m3 driveway patch. Job is formed up ready to go. Need someone to help me finish it on pour day. I don’t have the tools or skill to finish but can help with the labour. You will need to have screeding tools. Looking for an experienced screeder or tiler to install a screed on my first-floor balcony (approx. 18 m²). The screed will be applied over an existing waterproofing layer (Bostik Dampfix Gold system), so care must be taken not to damage the membrane. Job details: • Location: Minchinbury NSW (easy access through house) • Substrate: James Hardie Secura™ Exterior Flooring (waterproofed) • Screed thickness: Nominal 30 mm (20–40 mm range to achieve falls) • Falls requirement: Minimum 1:100 (1 %) toward the balcony drain in accordance with AS 4654.2 and NCC requirements. Require screeding of approx. 35m2 outdoors so I can tile on top after it cures. A cement/sand based screed. Need it to be approx 25mm high along the path (see photos). I have ground the concrete back and applied a primer already. Also open to suggestions

I need a tiler to waterproof, screed and tile my balcony. Balcony dimensions: 3.5m x 4.5m Tiles will be 300x300 ceramic tiles. You need to supply, sand, cement, glue and grout. I will supply the tiles. Also need to go down the perimeter of the balcony with half a tile all the way around. ~12m

I’m needing help with my kitchen renovation. The task is removing tiles on a cement screed (4 square meters) that has been applied on a concrete slab. A plug in jack hammer will be required as our Makita one is not powerful enough.
