Tiling Installation • Floor Tiling: Install Owner-Supplied tiles to the floor. • Shower Walls: Install Owner-Supplied tiles to two (2) shower walls to a height of 1.8m. • Main Walls: Install Owner-Supplied tiles to the remaining bathroom perimeter to a height of 1.2m. • Layout: All tiles to be laid with consistent grout lines (size to be confirmed by Owner). 4. Grouting & Finishing • Grout: Apply grout to all joints (color to be confirmed by Owner). • Silicone: Apply high-quality, mold-resistant silicone to all internal corners, junctions, and base of shower. • Trims: Supply and install aluminum or brass edge trims to all exposed tile edges and doorways. 5. I have a couple of outdoor areas, first one is a ramp from the street going down to us (we are Eastwood Blessings Early Learning and Pre-School) .. there's nothing wrong with it but the cement and the existing tiles while level are very old looking so we're after a fresher look to make it more appealing. The second area is a balcony, also cement and an adjoining outfdoor area that's part cement and part soil, I'd like to be tile that as well, the balcony is very smooth and clean.
