I’m looking for an experienced tiler/waterproofing professional to fully regrout and reseal my balcony/deck. The existing grout is cracking, and there is water leaking through and seeping out of the external walls. I want the entire balcony/deck regrouted, rather than only repairing the visibly damaged areas, to provide a consistent finish and reduce the risk of untreated existing grout causing further water penetration or problems in the future. The bathroom is functional, but the grout, silicone and edges have become old, stained and untidy. I want to make it look clean, fresh and presentable again. The grout on our marble kitchen countertops is failing. As a result, we need the current grout removed and the sea between the marble slabs re-grouted and sealed.
