I need to regrout or / silicon my undermount sink in the Caesarstone Benchtop.. its showing mold i can no longer remove. No idea what this would cost, please quote me.

Regrouting of bathroom tiles and silicon work

Within the shower, regrout the walls and floor plus seal the floor perimeter with an epoxy seal. Would love it done asap if possible. Would love someone with experience. Cleaning the bathroom up for a sale.

I have a 12-year-old townhouse and suspect water seepage from deteriorated grout in my two shower areas (floors and walls), one at ground floor and the other upstairs. Looking for an experienced tiler/waterproofer to assess and fix this. Scope of work: 1. Remove old/deteriorated grout from shower floor and wall tiles (refer images of the shower areas) 2. Rake out grout to full depth, not just a surface skim 3. Clean and dry the water/moisture under the floor completely before re-grouting 4. Replace silicone sealant at all joints - wall corners, wall-to-floor junctions, and around the shower screen/hob with anti-fungal sanitary silicone 5. Re-grout using a flexible, mould-resistant, waterproof epoxy grout. Colour of the grout to match the existing grout of the bathroom. 6. Leave the bathroom clean on completion Please bring a moisture meter to check for active leaks When expressing your interest, kindly reply to the following questions: 1. Three wet areas: main bathroom (bath + shower + toilet + vanity), second bathroom (shower + toilet + vanity), downstairs laundry/toilet. Roughly 9–10m² of exposed floor tile. 1. Silicone — both showers. Strip all old silicone: screen-to-tile, screen track to base, internal corners, base-to-tile. Same for the bath-to-tile junction in the main bathroom. Screen tracks are stained and need cleaning out before resealing. Mould-treat and allow to dry before reapplying. 2. Perimeter caulk — all walls, all three rooms. The joint between floor tile and skirting is open and grubby throughout. Strip out, clean, re-caulk. Approx 20–24 lineal metres. 3. Grout clean — floors, all three rooms. Alkaline pre-spray, dwell time, mechanical agitation. No acid-based cleaners. 4. Spot regrout. Approx 1.5 lineal metres of failed floor joint in the main bathroom — see the attached photos with red markings. If you spot similar failed joints elsewhere while working, let me know before doing any additional work rather than regrouting them. IMPORTANT: Colour: grout and sealant to be colour-matched to the existing grout, which is a cream/sandstone tone. Not brilliant white. Order of works: strip old silicone → clean grout → allow to dry fully → then caulk and reseal. Photos attached, including marked-up shots showing the joints for spot regrout.

Need to replace grout and silicone in shower. Please note that the previous owner painted over the grout.

1. Bottom floor-to-wall joints & walll vertical internal corner joints. The existing silicone sealant has developed mold. Need to be scrapped out & reapply with fresh, mold resistant sanitary silicone. 2. Floor regrouting. The grout between tiles has degraded. Need to be regrouted. 3. Leaking Shower Screen. Water is leaking out from underneath the bottom corner & middle frame of the glass shower screen & pooling on the main bathroom floor. It currently has a clear white sealant on the of frame (the inner only) and reapply with a fresh one, mold resistant sanitary silicone. The shower floor dimension is 76 x 120 cm .

Tiled shower, dimensions L:1500mm, W: 800mm Remove damaged, worn and mouldy grout. Regrout and repair as required. Remove silicon from all joins (including shower screen) and re-caulk with mould proof silicon to effectively seal. Preference for a professional job with workmanship warranty. Saturday 4th July is preferred but may be able to accommodate Saturday the 11th.

Whole bathroom floor and some of wall needs regrouting with white grout. And corner of shower seal must be cracked as water running out and under basin. So old wrong colour sealant needs to be removed and replaced. I’m not flush, grateful for a good deal with best offer. Thanks
