Cracked grout needs re grouting on shower base.

The grout on my apartment verandah looks like it has had better days. I would love it to be brought back to life and be regrouted or properly cleaned. There is nothing wrong with the waterproofing or anything major. It is a cosmetic thing.

I need someone to regrout the shower tiles and reseal the shower (floor and walls). This includes removing the old/damaged grout, applying new waterproof grout, and resealing the joints, corners and edges to ensure the shower is properly watertight. Please provide your own tools and materials if possible. Price is flexible.

The work is based on two professional leak detection reports. Property 1: Shower recess requires professional re-caulking. Property 2 • Remove existing grout and re-grout the shower recess. • Remove existing silicone and re-caulk throughout. • Seal/caulk the cracked shower wall tile.
