Needing a Professional Re-grouter and Tiler to remove old grout from shower walls and base, re-grout with mould resistant commercial grade epoxy to walls and shower base. Supply and install a small Cement sheet or underlay to the area where the tiles are removed(see pic), on top of yellow tongue board exposed. Waterproof area where the 3 tiles have come up.
