Two showers (ensuite and main bathroom) need floor and lower wall grout stripped and regrouted, ideally epoxy, plus new silicone along the screen channels and around the bath. Grout is stained and mouldy with a few gaps. Main bathroom floor grout just needs a clean and seal. Please quote for both rooms, and note if you'd recommend epoxy vs standard. The shower was not installed properly by the previous owner, and while | plan to renovate the bathroom in the future, I need a quality repair that will keep it watertight for the next few years. The work required includes: * Repairing a leak where water escapes from the shower screen/door. * Removing and replacing worn, cracked, or missing grout throughout the shower. * Resealing all necessary joints with silicone, including the junction between the shower base/tub and the wall tiles. * Repairing or replacing two loose pebble floor tiles (I'm happy for these to be replaced if that's the easiest and most durable solution). * Sealing the shower once the repairs are complete.
