I need an 8m2 balcony tiled at a 2nd floor apartment in Penshurst. I will provide the porcelain tiles, glue and grout only (don't have it yet). The floor is painted with paint for concrete. Date/time flexible.

Task: remove old worn out grout from tiles and apply with new one that is the same colour as before. Also replace the old white silicone around the base of shower. The area of shower that needs re-grouting is only about 60%, the upper area of the shower is still fine. We have a laundry that needs tiling. We just had the plumbers come thru and dig up a few holes. So we need old tiles ripped up and new tile laid down, with waterproofing? We would need the floor done it's about 3m2 and some edging done all around and a small backsplash above the sink. We are just after some prices? Not a specific date yet.
