I would like my laundry, kitchen and living room tiled. Would involve replacing existing tiles in laundry/kitchen and the floating timber floorboards in living space. Would need timber skirting installed (including two bedroom - not tiling them tho). There is a step down from kitchen to living space. This would need to be levelled. I will have tiles up there and take care of rubbish removal.

Not a big task, just one bathroom and floor sealant. Not all wall tiles need regrout, just a few small areas. Remove and reapply Bathroom Silicone Sealant around bathroom floor and apply grout in some areas of tiles I have the product (beige color Bathroom Silicone Sealant )but you need to bring applicator and tools. Please also bring some white grout
