Remove existing kitchen floor tiles and re-tile. Approx 3.5 sqm.

Two bathrooms. Existing white tiles. White grouting required. Area of each bathroom about 1.3 m x 2 m approx. There is no need to re grout the wall tiles except for the walls in the shower alcove. Wall tiles are about 2 m high. Pls indicate if you intend to scrape back the existing grout or just re grout over. i am assuming a site visit will be necessary.

Need a waterproofer and tiler to help with my bathroom renovations. I need floor to ceiling tiles which I will provide (60x60cm) plus waterproofing (with cert). The size of the bathroom is approx 30sqm. The walls have been recently rendered and so is level/ready for tiling.

Required an experienced and skilled tiler to tile approx. 30sq meter of floor area in a one bedroom unit. No waterproofing involved. Porceline floor tiles 600x 600, 1.5 mm grout joints, no skirting is required. When finish, all doors are able to open and close freely as they should, and joints are level and flushed with other tiled areas ie. kitchen and bathroom. The Wooden skirt board in bedroom are to removed please. Glue, grout and tiles are on site. You need to have your tools, spacers & all necessary to complete th job etc. you are responsible to clear & dispose all waste and rubbish from this job including the pilet came with the tiles. Please note the BIW in the photo has been dismantled so that you can tile the whole bedroom. The two sliding doors and a board are in the room. Everything else have been moved out of the way. Job is in Neutral Bay, the unit on elavated ground floor. You can start anytime now till Wed morning the latest depending how many of you working on it together. We like this job finish by Thursday this week if no screeting is required or before this weekend if screeting is required.
