we have external paving tiles that need re-grouting please. approx 30 sq metres - Due date: Flexible

Ensuite and main shower: Remove old grout from floor and walls, clean and dry joint, re grout shower 1st layer of walls, joints and floor with mould resistant grout, install new silicone wall-wall and wall-floor joints. Warranty required on regrouts. Pls note main shower has polymarble base/pan. Pls include in the quote clean/fix air exhaust fans and also fix architrave in main bathroom.

Two showers and bathrooms to be regrouted and resiliconed. Larger shower and bathroom has already had old grout and silicon removed. Smaller shower has partially been done. See pictures. I also already have the supplies - grout and caulk.
