The grout at the base of this shower is coming away and is mouldy. I need a skilled handyman with experience to carefully replace this grout. Must be done on a Monday, Friday or a weekend.

Two small bathrooms, some of the grout in heavy use sections is old and needs to be redone. I only really care about the floors, not the walls. And I only care about the areas that have degraded. It's not the complete floors, maybe 2-3 sq/m. Two showers and some surrounding lines. I expect the old grout to be properly grinded down, then new grout re-done.

Looking to regrout the tiles around the pool. 1-2 tiles are loose and will need some concrete

We need three showers to have the old and blackened silicone removed, treated and redone. Bonus points if you can make the grout look rejuvenated or can replace the sections that are very stained
