Scope of Work * Remove existing floor grout (do not grout over existing grout). * Regrout using a premium, mould-resistant, water-resistant grout suitable for wet areas. * Colour match the new grout to the existing wall grout as closely as possible. * Remove and replace old or deteriorated silicone where required using premium anti-mould sanitary silicone, colour matched where possible. * Leave the bathroom clean and tidy upon completion. Requirements * Registered business (ABN). * Current public liability insurance. * Experienced in bathroom regrouting and silicone replacement. * Fixed-price quote including all labour, materials, grout removal, silicone replacement, colour matching, clean-up and disposal. * Job to be completed in one visit (excluding normal curing time). * No hidden costs or extra charges unless approved by me beforehand. One bathroom , shower ground tiles need to be re grout. Approximately less than 2 SQM. Will need to remove the old grout first, then reapply and seal. Advised what type of grout will be used? Any warranty or guarantee on the work?
