Hello! We need to tile our down stairs, self-contained area just shy of 30 square meters? See attached mud map with our rough measurements. Things you might like to know: * There is a very little ramp (no wider than ~20cm) from walk way in front of shower and toilet into bedroom. * We were thinking of carpeting the bedroom area but would like it included for now in the quote for tiling. If you can do carpet and quote for that then we would be stoked! * Existing concrete slab in pretty good nick - it's been like this since we have moved in. Not sure if it needs some levelling - doesn't feel like it under foot. But we aren't tiling experts! * We have 13 full boxes of tiles left over plus a BUNCH of good sized offcuts from a previous tiling job that we want to use but don't have glue or grout etc. The tile size is 600mmx600mm. See photo for tiles. We've attached some photos of the space - we currently have a tenant in here and they have thrown down random floor rugs or coverings but none of them are glued down. They are due to move out February and we will clear the space ready to go post their exit. And we are keen to do this job ASAP after that. TIA for your consideration in doing this job for us.

We are chasing a price for tiling to our laundry 2200 × 1800 - no skirting tile Will need black angle to meet the vinyl plank - Example of another finished area in the home is attached, this is from the entry into the bathroom area.
