My ex just moved out, and he has left me with a half-finished tiling job. Please help me 🙏🏻 One small activity room (approx 20m2), two tiles in the entry way, a couple in the front of the laundry, and the bottom of the pantry & broom cupboard. It’s not been done well, but I don’t care. I just want it finished. I will supply the tiles & the same adhesive that he used, I JUST need someone to cut & lay them. Even happy to do the grout myself.

Apartment is at level 1 with lift and stairs. No carpet presently. Porcelain tiles need cleaning and resealing. They were sealed back in about 2011-2012 by "TurboForce". Not sure if the sealant is still present. I have had the shower regrouted a few months ago by Grout Guy. There are 2 tiles being replaced in the kitchen, see my other ad if interested. The grout there would be a bit young as well you might have to tape over to protect any cleaning activities. In the laundry bathroom there is a black stain of a minor size on one tile in the shower recess and in the ensuite some similar stains near the floor waste. These clued me to the fact my shower recesses needed redoing, however I am not sure if the stains are mould or related to partial membrane breakdown product thats worked its way through the tile. In the kitchen there is some grunge from where the dishwasher and fridge came out. I havent tried mopping it sorry been a bit busy. Please propose products you are going to use. Please respond with an offer it can be different than mine. The price might need to be two stage. If the stains don't come out I would be reluctant to seal. The last sealant Turboforce used was fine, no slips occurred. I am not keen on a slip resistant sealant that will change the appearance. Regarding timing if the stain removals take more than one visit this is still possible.

I have two cracked kitchen tiles. Fortunately the strata has given me three replacements. They are slightly too big and would need to be trimmed on two edges to suit. I would like the grout to match. I would like the job done before the carpet goes in. Please tell me of your experience as there is a seamless look with porcelain tiles that reflect everything. Thankyou.

Hello! We are after quote to tile kitchen splash back and fix flooring issue for us. Kitchen splash back is roughly 4.3m2 Subway pattern. Tile size=75x300 We have glue, grout, spacers and tiles. Some uneven surface near the window from removing old tiles, would need extra glue or cement in this area The floor looks like it’s going to be tricky. We need definite 6 tiles replaced (we have spares). I’ve attached a photo. The ones near the kick board we are unsure what to do. Happy to get guidance for this. Some other cosmetic fixes. Hi, I’m renovating my kitchen and need plastering where the splashback has been removed and exposed the brick. Needs to be level and ready for new stone splashback, however on one wall the stone splashback is only skirting height so the plastering needs to be done smooth in order to paint.

Hi I have chosen a new 20cm square tile for my kitchen splash back. The area is just under 1.5 Sqm metres along a worktop. Detailed drawing with measurements are provided. The area along the bench top (my amateur measurements show less than 2sqm) will be cleared of current tiles as that side of the kitchen is all being pulled out. We have quite big, white wall tiles, and because there was a leak in the roof, the ceiling moved a little and cracked a few of the tiles. We have removed the broken tiles, so it is now ready to tile.
