Your main role will be to run the freshly made pizzas from the trailer, to indoors, and serve pizzas to guests. Additional roles: - During downtime (e.g. if there is a pause on pizza production), serving other canapes, desserts or other cocktail foods as required by event host - During downtime, checking to see whether assistance is required with service of drinks - Running empty pizza service trays back to the pizza trailer when required Qualities/ skills required: - Ability to recall pizza flavours and toppings - Proactivity - Effective communication with pizza chef - Warm, friendly and effective communication with guests - Hospitality background preferable - Physical stamina: Able to walk back and forth from pizza trailer to community centre multiple times, for period of ~3 hours - Safe food handling Hourly rate $40 per hour.
