The reception starts at 5.30pm and we’re allowed only an hour for bump in and set up. I’ll need help with collecting items after 11.30pm when the event finishes. Images include a layout of the function room, as well as styling references. Only need styling for the tables to include orb ball lights, table cloths, bud vase florals. There is street parking in Commonwealth St.

We are looking for simple table layouts as the food will be served as banquets across 3 tables for 64 people. Thinking candles some flowers and table runners. As well as setting up wishing well, and a canvas that people can put their finger prints on. The tables include guests and bridal party table, behind the bridal party is a blank wall which would be good to have some decorations on as well. Open to suggestions, the ceilings already have some decorations as we are happy to leave them as is. You can collect your props the following morning.
