Hi I need a Photo Booth for a wedding on the 20th of June . The location is in Cabarita nsw

Bump out styling items from a wedding reception - mostly candles and florals - and drop them to my home

Need a female door attendant to tick off names on a guest list before they enter the venue. Need an assertive person. Venue will run from 6pm - 12pm

I am needing some assistance for an on the day coordinator to set up my wedding reception decor, do final checks of the space and ensure its ready for our arrival. The tasks will involve decorating the tables with candles, flowers, name cards, setting up gift bags (prepacked) and ensuring things are ready at a set time for our arrival. All decor provided with a detailed plan. May require someone to pick up the decor on the way to setting up but TBC. Approx 3 hours of work.

We just need someone to sit at reception whilst we have our staff Christmas party off-site 9am - 4pm on Friday 5th December. We really just need someone there to accept mail/parcels and take any messages that may come through.

We need help setting up 160 satin white chair sashes for a reception at Curzon Hall (Marsfield, NSW) on Saturday, 29 November 2025. The venue is at a restaurant in Lavender Bay, you'll be playing to a fairly small crowd (60-70 people). Start time is 6pm Finish time is 11pm (possibly 11:30pm) Bump in/out time is 1 hour Our taste/vibes are mainly around EDM, hip hop, RnB, funk, disco, psychedelic rock, 70's, 80's, 90's, 2000's and music from today as well.
