Pick up wedding florals at Deanside VIC 3336 and delivery/set up at Mickleham 3064. Pack down too and delivering plinths back to Deanside. Setting up items at reception for 11 guest tables and bridal table (this may slightly change later but not too much as we’re still finalising): ~11-13x floral centrepieces ~ 11-13x mini table lamps ~50-66 tealight candles ~ 12-18 Bridal Table hurricane candles ~ 2 ghost plinths ~ 2x plinth floral centrepieces ~ 1x bar centrepiece ~ 1x wishing well centrepiece ~ 1x welcome sign + floral centrepiece (may not need you to set the welcome sign up) ~ 1x seating chart (we may not need you to set this up) Schedule and run sheet will be sent to you closer to the date. It’s just placing candles, floral centrepieces, welcome sign, etc. I need you to transport these items to the venue to set up too (only ~40min drive). I need someone with a good eye for event styling , preferably a florist or stylist with wedding styling experience.

Looking for Someone to prep & serve for a 45th birthday party (at home). We will have 25 guests which includes 6 kids and its a surprise party with only an 60 minute window to setup the surprise. There will be 18 trays of 24 oysters (already suckled) and 200gms of caviar ( needs to be preppred with blini and accompaniments need to be prepped) and wine served. It a very informal but attempting to be classy occasion. There will also be a few trays of cold cuts etc, once all set up the only real work will be making sure wine glasses stay filled and used plates utensils are cleared away, using paper plates but wine glasses for wine.
