Hey there, I require 2 RSA certified bar tenders able to tend a 40th birthday party for about 100 guests. Drinks will be a mix of spirits, beer and wine (not so much cocktails, but open to ideas). It will be held in an aircraft hangar so the tasker will be required to utilise a lot of their own tools of the trade as well. On top of bar tending a general clean up of the grazing platters if time permits and glass collection/cleaning would also be amazing! Needs to be fun spirited and confident enough to complete the evening without much direction from myself. Party is from 1800-2300. So feel free to quote including setup and cleanup at the end as well.

12-3pm. 1st birthday party will be held at a hall. I would like help to put party food out for guests, heat and serve hot food and just general help with food serving and tiding up. There will be around 60 adults, 20 children. All finger food.
