Hey all! I am recruiting on behalf of a Endless Moments Photobooths in Melbourne and I am looking for photo booth attendants (no previous experience required, however advantageous). We are involved in a range of events such as festivals, weddings, birthdays and brand activations. In order to be suitable for the role, you must have exceptional time management, bubbly and friendly personality, professional attire for events which require, enjoy liaising with guests, be available on Friday, Saturday + Sunday nights mostly and be familiar with a windows based computer. There are two types of attendants I am looking for - realistically I need more of Type 1. Type 1 - Set up, attend and pack up. This attendant will require their own car, pick up the photo booth equipment from Thornbury, drive to the event and then drop off the equipment on the same night or a later date. If you become a regular 'boother' you will most likely keep the booth and take it directly to events. Type 2 - I am not particularly looking for this type of attendant, however they are required sometimes. This type of attendant will arrive to the venue with the booth already set up and they will only have to stay at the event, then assist in packing up. A car is not required for this type of attendant, however all of skills mentioned in the opening paragraph are required. We're running a small business event (20-40 people expected) for executives and business leaders which will include a sausage sizzle. The sausage sizzle will run from 1pm/1:30pm to 2pm and there's around 50-75 sausages max to cook + onions. The event prep will start at 11am so it would be great to coordinate with me and so you can be relaxed for time for preparation, then guests will arrive from 11:45am-12pm, and the BBQ will run as the presentation + Q&A ends from 1-2pm. The BBQ and all equipment/supplies are all provided. The BBQ is a steel hot plate (like a park). Nothing is required on your end except an apron, we'll have everything else (food, equipment, supplies, etc) - you're of course welcome to a snag + salad + drink for lunch as well.

We are getting married at a venue in the Melbourne CBD on 10th Jan 2026. We are organising about 100 KFC snack boxes to be delivered to the venue towards the end of the night as a ‘late night snack’ for the guests. We are looking for 1 person experienced in wedding coordination or hospitality who can receive the KFC delivery on the night, arrange the food onto platters so the bride and groom can serve them to guests on the dance floor. We also need the person to arrange the remaining boxes (that are not on platters) on a table for the guests to pick up themselves if they want. We hope that the people for this job can wear professional attire to match the formality of the night. The KFC should be delivered at about 9:45pm and the job should take no more than an hour.
