The event is running from 4pm - 7pm and located at the Rialto building. We have three custom cocktails that will need to be mixed as well as serving wine and soft drinks. There will be 50 guests in attendance.

We are a corporate company celebrating our EOFY at our premises in the Melbourne CBD. We will have 55 people attending and we require a bar tender to serve the alcohol. We will be serving 3 cocktails, beer and wine from the hours of 4-7pm on Friday 17th July. The person would need to arrive 30 mins before service and they will need to have a RSA certificate. Also, we will need to pay them via tax invoice so they should be able to provide this as well.

We're looking for a friendly and reliable person to help at our small wedding celebration on Sunday, 1 November 2026, in one of Melbourne's CBD gardens. Time: 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm (approximately 3–3.5 hours) We're expecting around 25 guests and would love someone with hospitality or event experience (preferred but not essential) to help everything run smoothly. We're running a small business event (20-40 people expected) for executives and business leaders which will include a sausage sizzle. The sausage sizzle will run from 1pm/1:30pm to 2pm and there's around 50-75 sausages max to cook + onions. The event prep will start at 11am so it would be great to coordinate with me and so you can be relaxed for time for preparation, then guests will arrive from 11:45am-12pm, and the BBQ will run as the presentation + Q&A ends from 1-2pm. The BBQ and all equipment/supplies are all provided. The BBQ is a steel hot plate (like a park). Nothing is required on your end except an apron, we'll have everything else (food, equipment, supplies, etc) - you're of course welcome to a snag + salad + drink for lunch as well.
