You will be required to make some simple cocktails, prep some food and serve drinks and keep the place generally free from clutter. We are hiring a venue for our son’s first birthday party. The venue needs to be left clean and tidy after the party. This involves wiping and putting away the tables, wiping the kitchen, putting dishes in the commercial (40 sec cycle) dishwasher and putting the dishes away on the shelves provided. The floors will need a quick sweep and mop. All of this will be very superficial cleaning since the venue will be clean when we collect the key. The cleaning shop wil start at 6pm.
