I need someone handy with a sewing machine to sew a cover for my Porta Potti. It's basically a 'hat'. No bottom. Made to the shape of the lid. Needs to be 40cm high. I've already bought the vinyl. The vinyl is medium/thick but a domestic sewing machine should easily handle it. I think you may need to inspect the toilet lid, to get an idea of the shape (basically square) and pickup the material. Available any day, anytime. We are near B1 Bus Stop, Dee Why, Sydney.

My dog thought it'd be fun to misbehave under the awful influence of my friends dog, and she got a hold of my sons favourite onesie. I'm hoping someone that knows how to use a sewing machine can put it back together. I'd do it by hand, but that's quite time-consuming and time is something I don't have much of atm due to packing/organising to travel Aus in about a week. Any smaller holes left after the major part is done, I will hand-sew myself. :) Thank you in advance

Needing a dress to be shortened for tomorrow afternoon

Hi everyone, My grandma recently passed away, and I’m hoping to make some special Christmas gifts for my mum and a few other relatives. I’m planning to create Build-A-Bear toys with her voice recorded inside, and I would love to dress them in outfits made from her clothing. Is there anyone who would be able to sew a bear-sized shirt using one of her tops, and a pair of bear-sized shorts using one of her shorts? I’m happy to provide the materials and pay for your time. I want a dress made for me. Just a simple dress.

I have a rectangular foam dog bed (approx 30cm x 70cm), and I would like a new cover on it. -> the bed in the pic currently with a blue cover. I have an existing cover (for a different , but similarly sized dog bed) that I would like to use for this task (as the fabric very good quality / strong). -> the brown cover in the pic. The existing cover needs to be remade to fit the bed. There is enough material but it needs to be cut up/ sewn bag together so it fits the other bed. I understand there may be so additional seams due to the currently structure of the cover as the existing bed bolsters around the sides. There is a zip on the bottom side which goes around 2 sides so the cover can be washed. This will also need to be re-used in the new cover so it can be taken off and washed. The tasker will need to come and collect the cover and the foam insert (bed) from my house, and drop it back once complete. We can discuss more in person then :)

I would like someone to sew new covers for these cushions. I have the material and the longest cover is 140cm x 50cm. I can take the green ones off for you to use as a guide. Zippers aren’t necessary and the workmanship doesn’t have to be amazing - just the front facing parts need to look tidy and they need to sit flush with each other.

Repair (sew / stitch) a tear in a fabric sofa. (Approx 7cm long) I have a large fabric patch that can be used if required.

I stripped my heavy metal battle vest of its patches and would like someone skilled in sewing to patch them on, when I stripped them there are little holes from previous patches so would like it strengthened so it can survive the mosh and it wont tear or have patches come off Would also like the edges of the arm holes frayed aswell as a flannel lining or red bandanna lining preferably inside the jacket, also want all the pockets functional including the ones on the inside aswell as a secret deep pocket on the inside of the vest Have shown where I would like the patches to go but am not fussed on the placement of them just certain would prefer to go in the front and the other few on the back I have provided two pictures of what I am eventually building the vest upto

Need hem done and change the front of the dress a little bit, I want more of a v at the front the wire that is already in it isn’t that strong, I also need the split to be a bit lower I’m happy to increase the price if it’s too hard, I don’t have the best photos atm
