Fit & Finish: Performing precision tailoring and ensuring every garment meets our high-spec aesthetic. Growth & Opportunity: This is a fluid, experimental role. You won't just be executing someone else's vision; you’ll be an integral part of the design-to-production pipeline. For the right person, this role has the potential to evolve into Lead Technical Designer or Head of Production. Requirements: Advanced Technical Skills: Must be proficient with industrial machines (overlockers, straight stitch, etc.) and various fabric types. Pattern Mastery: Ability to create accurate patterns from scratch and adjust existing ones. Creative Problem Solver: You enjoy "hacking" a design to make it more functional or visually striking. Portfolio/Samples: You must be able to demonstrate previous garment construction or pattern work.

Son wants to learn to sew. Need basic lessons on how to thread his sewing machine and the basics of sewing. Happy to come to you if you are near The Ponds. We have a Janome sewing machine. Price is per hour. I think we will need 2 hours to get him started.

My eyesight is not the best, even with glasses and a magnifying glass and I struggle to thread the cotton through the eyehole of the needle on the machine. I get mose upset with myself because I cant see what Im doing. Would someone with much much better eyesight be able to come and thread it for me? I'm hoping someone that knows how to use a sewing machine can put it back together. I'd do it by hand, but that's quite time-consuming and time is something I don't have much of atm due to packing/organising to travel Aus in about a week.
