Removal & Disposal The contractor shall: * Remove all items from the storage cage. * Transport items without damaging the building or common areas. * Dispose of all items at an appropriate waste/recycling facility. * Include all labour, transport, equipment, tip and disposal fees in the quoted price. * Leave the storage cage completely empty. **No additional disposal, tip, transport or handling charges will be accepted unless agreed prior to commencement.** ## 3. Access Access is to be coordinated with the property Agent and/or Building Manager. The contractor must comply with all reasonable building access requirements and instructions. ## 4. Cleaning Following completion, the contractor shall sweep and clean the storage cage, remove all waste/debris and leave affected common areas clean and tidy. ## 5. Timing **Friday, 28 August 2026, from 8:30 am onwards.** Final access arrangements are to be coordinated with the Agent/Building Manager before attending. ## 6. Quotation Provide a **fixed lump-sum price** inclusive of all labour, removal, transport, equipment, waste disposal, tip/recycling fees and final clean-up required to complete the works.
