The messiest area of the unit is the kitchen (old jars, dishes etc.), so heavy duty gloves and heavy-duty garbage bags will be required to remove safely. There are stairs between the house and the skip.

Furniture being moved using internal stairs into the garage below. We have stair trolley and dolleys. Only one straight flight of stairs to negotiate. Cupboards will be empty. Maybe 2 hours work max.
