Need some rubbish removed from two units in the same building. Both units are up two and a half flights of stairs. Must be finished by midday due to building by-laws. Unit 1 is old lino floor strips per photos that will go into my trailer. Unit 2 is the plasterboard and steel framing. Steel will go on my trailer, plasterboard for you to remove and dump please so you will need a ute or trailer. I estimate it will take 3 hours. How do I know? Because I carried out 1.4 tonne of stuff on Wednesday, hence the reason for this ad. If you look at it and it's going to take more time we can discuss onsite. I have a done a site clean up, and have a trailer - load of building rubbish to go to the tip. Rubbish includes tiles, blocks, nails, wood, cords, hose, and miscellaneous stuff. Nails and some metal through it so need gloves ! Currently doing some renovations in a unit which resulted in a full gut. I currently have a large amount of building waste that I need removed and disposed. We have demolished a patio and part of our deck. We need the material removal and disposed of. Pile is about 4.4m x 1.8m x 1m - see picture. Access is through a gate 1.2m wide. Can park next to gate but can’t reverse up to it. Need it done this week. Can provide waste vouchers.
