From the insurance report (though this is NOT an insurance job ): "It is recommended that weep holes be installed to all ridge cappings,replacement of deteriorated tiles and replacement of pvc vent flashing be carried out as soon as practical." Tiles are Monier Eleebana. Roof pitch is 22.9. From the house front there are two decorative gables with a very steep pitch that are not connected with this job at all. For the house of my almost 90 year old in-laws. With the latest storms we're anxious to get this done asap.
