We have a limited budget here which is posted and the task in theory is quite simple. We have a council clean up booked but we need to put the sofa outside the building. We don't need a removalist, we just need someone who is strong or even working in the city at the time. So the apartment is a small studio with Lift access, need your strength as the primary person to move this sofa, get it into the elevator, and carry it to the street which is just outside the building. The sofa is approx those dimensions, it may be a challenge to get this into the elevator, but that's how it got up in the first place. The apartment is in Town Hall area. If you can help me with the smaller items in the apartment, like pieces of bedframe, etc, (there's not much more) I'll be more than happy to give you a good review. Only respond if you can make the day and time, our building manager is quite strict.

We can meet you somewhere flexible on the Northside of Sydney in the next one hour or so. The delivery will need to be held for a few hours and delivered to an address in Cromer this afternoon. Between 4 to 8pm. There's 5 boxes. Each box is around a metre by a metre by 60 centimetres, 35kg. So you would need a ute, van, truck or with a trolley.
