Hi, I’m after some help to move boxes, deconstruct and move furniture items from an upstairs room to the downstairs foyer down a flight of stairs with a single twist at the top. I will not need removal, van or loading into transport tasks completed. - just from upstairs to downstairs. This is moving within the same building. The items are being loaded the next day and packing will be complete but no one moving has the physical health to lift or manoeuvre many boxes, and we need an extra pair of hands to help with a desk, mattress and deconstructing a bookshelf or two from ikea. There’s an armchair and packing boxes and bags also. We may need one or two items to be taken out onto the curb for a curbside collection. This isn’t removals exactly so I hope I categorised it correctly. There are physical limitations on myself and those currently helping due to illness and injury. It would be best if you have your own insurance, and are fit and healthy and able to lift 20kg unaided with knowledge on safe practice for lifting. This shouldn’t be more than 2 hours work max.

Needs to be done 28-30th of October, pref 28/29th, time flexible Removal size: 2/3 larger car loads, small van would easily be done in 1 and ideal, Variety of general items (small shelves, books, suitcases, bedding (no bed), general misc) - Any large car usable, pref for larger (ute/van) - this is a chuck everything in and go job than packing/moving NO large heavy items - largest awkward items are pictured - a standard flat screen TV, standard medium bookshelf and a standard manequin (will be disassembled), hence why a ute/van would be simple NO REMOVALISTS needed. Should be done in 2/3 trips in ute or easily in 1 in a van situation, drop off is 5 minutes down the road, I will assist at all times. Would do it myself like I normally do by renting a van for a couple of hours but my GP says I'm not allowed. Should be done in an hour/2 tops.
