EDIT - 3 guys on a raised platform at the rear of their removalist truck WERE NOT able to lift up to balcony. Let alone obey balcony without putting weight on balcony. (Unable to take thorough front door and up winding narrow steps). Bed has to be lifted OVER balcony.
