Have a strict time window of 1pm to 4pm to have this completed on Tuesday the 23rd. This task demands careful handling and teamwork due to the desk's considerable weight and size. Desk Specifications: Dimensions: Approximately 270cm x 110cm x 115cm (LxWxH) Weight: Around 200kg, bulky and of an unusual shape Dismantling: The desk splits into two pieces; however, disassembly and reassembly will be necessary. Tools not provided - you will need to bring your own (refer to attached images for the specific tool required). Pick-up Location: There are a few stairs (1-2) to navigate at the South Yarra address. Delivery Location: The Moorabbin location is a commercial warehouse with a ground floor entry and a loading bay. Dollies and trollies are available for moving the desk into the storage unit. Requirements: Three-person team: This is non-negotiable due to the desk's size and weight. Own tools for dismantling: Please ensure you bring the necessary tools to safely dismantle and reassemble the desk. Timeliness and Care: Given the desk's value and the tight timeframe, we are looking for a team that is punctual, efficient, and handles items with care. One heavy bathtub has been removed from its place but needs to be brought downstairs from 1st floor(no lift) to a van and help to dispose of it.

3 extra large plants (very heavy) and 3 other outdoor plants. Plus an outdoor dining table and upstairs bar table both that has been disassembled already (both are railway sleepers - very heavy) From South Yarra to a house in Altona North. One of the large plants is up 25 stairs weighs up to 100kg, the other two are easily 170-200kg, all able to be put on a trolley and on the same level as the lift but require moving around to get out.
