I need help moving house. Each house is 25 min drive apart. I just need something like a Ute or Van in order to transport; -Queen size bed-frame -Queen size mattress -Tall boy dresser -Sml-Med bookcase -T.V. -3 average-size boxes
Arrived an hour late. Advertised as COVID safe whilst not wearing a mask, also walked on my mattress barefoot in the van. Failed to tell me until the day of the task he had another job and was rushing me. He refused to take all of the items advertised as they “didn’t fit” even though there was room. My partner and I said we’d meet him at the location as we had to pack away in our cars the stuff he didn’t, which held us up. Once we arrived at the location he began harassing us for being “late” and blaming us for missing his other job. Held my property ransom in his van and refused to unlock it until I paid him extra money. Refused to let me have my stuff until I paid extra, before the task was even completed. Harassed and bullied my partner and I and my new housemates on the street. Damage to some property and definitely broken Airtasker rules on his behalf. Would highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. Waste of time and money.
