Main items are queen mattress, large mirror, tv, 3 seater couch (pretty light), cat tower and maybe 4/5 boxes if they fit. Boxes aren’t crucial. The storage is a top level unit but there is easy lifts and all moving equip needed. There are stairs at drop off location.
