Old Miele dishwasher needs removing. The dishwasher was installed before the floor tiles were laid about 30 years ago and is now trapped in a cavity approximately 30mm below the finished tile level. The dishwasher no longer works and is being discarded, so it can be dismantled or cut apart if required. Power, water and drain are easily accessible through the cupboard beside the dishwasher. What I need: • Remove dishwasher without damaging cabinets, benchtop or floor tiles. • Determine the best removal method. • Build up the cavity floor afterwards so it is level with the surrounding tiles and ready for installation of a replacement dishwasher. Important: • Dishwasher does not need to be preserved. • No cabinet removal. • No benchtop removal. • No tile removal. • Experience with appliance removal, cabinetry, carpentry or similar preferred.
