Located Grange. I have removed an old sink and need a new one installed. I have purchased the new sink that has wastes and re-cut the bench hole so that it fits. I’ve also purchaed the water connectors, tap and double bowl connector. Just a bit beyond my ability and don’t have time with the kids etc.

We changed the water filter on our kitchen sink and soon after discovered our Hisense dishwasher was not functioning. When trying to use it we can hear it trying to bring water through but fails and an F12 error comes up.

A sprinkler head unit has a cracked / broken part of the pipe below it (in the T junction it fixes to I think) that needs fixing / replacing. - Due date: Flexible

Blocked toilet and bathroom basin. When we have a shower water comes out of the pipe in the centre of the bathroom floor. The toilet does flush but water fills up close to the top of the toilet. I’ve attempted to fix the basin and shower with dissolving granules but hasn’t worked. Sewage water is now forming outside.

There are 7 irrigation valves and at least one of them is still leaking. I have had 2 landscapers work on this with the explicit instructions that it neds to be well organised and without leaks and both elected to do it quick / cheap rather than well. I want this rearranged, organised and all leaks resolved. I don't mind if everything in this area needs to be rearranged (including the pump and connection to tank / mains) - I just want it all working, neat and sorted once and for all. [I have disconnected 3 of the valves to prevent leaks on those 3 and still be able to use the other 4 zones]. Happy to negotiate on price if the best way to go is to start afresh and thus more work and materials are necessary. - Due date: Flexible

Need help with a few items around the house: 1. installing new shower heads (one replaced with frame and one without - refer to pics) in 2 bathrooms. 2. Need to install new 3-tier small wall shelves in bedroom. 3. Re-attach and tighten strings in the clothesline. I estimate 1-2 hours of work depending on your expertise.
