Swap old shower head out for new. Easy task would do myself but cannot atm

Need someone's help replacing two identical shower heads like shown in the photos to handheld shower with rail, needs someone who has tools to drill into tiles to install shower rail.

Shower head in the bathroom needs to be replaced as it is leaking when it is in use.

Plumber needed to install detachable shower head in shower & remove pre-existing hardware. I am disabled & use a shower chair. This shower head is being installed as a necessary home modification to make the shower accessible & safe for me to use. NDIS paid for the new shower head, but not for a plumber to install it. I am looking for an qualified and affordable plumber. My budget is very limited, as I am unable to work due to my disabilities. Ideally between $100-$150. The shower head leaks water at the back of the head. Need to be repaired. I have a spare shower head that can be used to replace it. I have attached the spare shower image as well.

Remove my existing shower head and the long chrome shower arm completely. Install my Tamefox handheld shower head, hose and wall holder, connecting the hose directly to the existing water outlet. If a small standard fitting/adapter is needed to make the connection, please supply and install it.

Shower head is leaking / dripping water. The shower head has already been replaced; however, this did not resolve the issue. As the water continues to drip even when the tap is fully tightened, the issue is likely related to a faulty tap , and the tap may need to be replaced to fix the problem.
