I’ve tried having the taps replaced but the shower head still leaks

Water is leaking from a junction in copper pipe coming out of hot water cylinder as it joins a pipe leading inside the wall.

I am please needing a shower head installed. Not exactly sure what style given my bathroom layout. The best options for this bathroom would be great. Also need a shower curtain installed. Shower Head I am not sure what to do regarding the shower head, the cheapest option would be great but am open to other suggestions. There's already the bathtub tap installed, can we sort a mixer with a diverter form this so people can switch between filling the bath or using the shower? Is there a handheld shower holder that can be plumbed from the tap already there ? Shower head placement would be the next question. What about a shower head coming through the roof? Does that make things easier (might be expensive) ? Sorry mate am unsure what the most affordable/ practical option is. I am just wanting a useable shower for tenants. Shower Curtain What's the best options for this? Would a roof hung shower curtain circular or "L" shape given the windows at one end be most appropriate ? Or Is there enough room to run a normal straight shower curtain from above the wind to the other side ? I am unsure, please let me know your thoughts. Practicality for the tenants and affordability are my main concerns, especially given that a renovation would take place down the track at some point. Not sure what your thoughts on a shower screen and how this would be located? Would this run off the opposite side of the tub to the winder and bath tap? Not sure of the costing for this ?

Toilet is partially blocked and draining slowly. I’ve already tried plunging which has improved it slightly – water will now go down but very slowly and the bowl fills before draining. When plunging, water moves through the pipe and the level drops quickly, so it seems like a partial blockage rather than a full clog. Shower and bathroom sink are draining normally, so the issue appears to be isolated to the toilet. Property is on a septic system (not town sewer).
