My home’s circuit breaker tripped this morning. I called the electrician and he found out that it’s the gas hot water heater system that is causing the RCD to trip

We've water coming down from the pipe from the top roof on double story house and we've been advised by the builder that potential issue could be frost valve which releases water when under pressure in solar hot water panels. We are not 100% sure though. So, every morning we get water coming down from the pipe from the top roof even if there is no rain. Not getting hot water from hot water system in my house. Hot water system is Chromagen model with gas heating and solar on roof. Details: My hot water system was running fine for the last 4.5 years. Recently we found that there was a leakage at the frost protection valve on the roof solar system. Original plumber from the builder came and stopped the leak turning the solar system on the roof off. He kept the instant gas heater on so that I get hot water. This was last Friday (03/03/2023). From Saturday (04/03/2023) I noticed there was not hot water running in the house. I called the plumber and he confirmed that I should get hot water as the instant gas heater on the wall should run. When I turn hot water tap inside the house I can hear that the instant gas heater runs. Yesterday (08/03) a plumber came and changed the frost protection valve of the solar system on the roof. I am still not getting hot water after changing the valve though the solar system on the roof is probably working fine. The pipes at the instant gas heater end are cold (both inlet and outlet). The instant gas heater runs when hot water taps are opened. The problem seems like with the instant gas heater though it was running fine until last Friday (03/03) when plumber turned off the solar hot water system on the roof. Instant gas hot water system is possibly a 26L/min Chromagen (Midea) system. Photo attached. Water Tank is 200L capacity Chromagen model. If the instant gas hot water system requires replacement then I can buy one this week and would only require installation. - Due date: Before Friday, 10 March 2023

Midea chromagen solar hot water tank with continuous flow booster. Booster is not starting as no sound. Tried turn off and on. It just makes noise for a min but no sound if water is turned on(boiler may have issue guess). Tank had lukewarm water when checked the inlet of Booster.
