We need a licensed plumber to fix the lower shower pressure and address hot water issues. Apparently the hot water runs out after 2-4 minutes in the shower, despite the sink running hot.

Our hot water has been 'playing up' for several years but getting increasingly frequent over the past 6 months. Some times it will run fine but other times nothing even comes out of the tap or shower.... Left the shower on full hot water last night for 30 minutes and literally no water flowed.
