The partition wall will be firmly fixed only to the left and right solid internal walls for stability. 4. Rubber pads must be placed under the wall base to protect floor tiles. 5. Full soundproof construction: acoustic plasterboard, acoustic insulation batts, and soundproof mat. 6. Supply and install complete timber door set including door jamb, hinges, door handle and lock, with professional lock hole cutting and fitting. 7. All gaps sealed with acoustic sealant for better soundproofing. 8. Full finishing: joint setting, sanding, and painting the entire wall. 9. Worker to accompany me to Bunnings for material selection and purchase, then fully handle all loading, transport and carrying of all materials upstairs to the unit — no heavy lifting from me. 10. Need to plaster roof in kitchen

I need a gyprock / plaster repair under a window sill. The plaster cracked and the mental corner bead lifted after impact. I’m mainly looking for a neat repair and paint finish that blends in well. See photos for details I don’t have paints, happy for you to come up with a total estimated price

I need to replace a few pieces of gyprock and a few other minor patch work. The two main pieces are a 3600 x 1350mm piece (wall),approx 900 x 1500mm piece (ceiling), a small piece in garage and laundry ceilings, ceiling patchwork where we removed the lights in 2 bedrooms. There are other parts of the bedroom where the paint has peeled off from removal of skirtings/removal of scews from wall etc that I want patched up etc. Please refer to pics - the garage ceiling is the pic with two holes. One of the holes is the access hatch for the upstairs bathtub and want that fixed/replaced as well. The laundry ceiling pic is the one with the circular hole from the downlight. Also there are two seperate areas that need very minor sanding/patching required (from my own patchwork). There is also a piece of fibro that needs to be repaired (ref pic outside). This is optional if gyprocker can't do it (just mention in quote). I need all walls to be sanded and prepared for painting. Please message me if any of the above need's clarification. cheers

1. Build an acoustic wall - with double door, wall is 5.7x3.4m High. Build a stud wall with gyprock, double doors, solid core doors. It will be in front of the wall shown on Photo 1 2. Build another light weight wall - 5.5m wide by 3.4m High. Plasterboard on both sides with insulation. It will be in fromt of the doors shown on Photo 2. On the left hand side we need a manual sliding door that is lockable. Clean up and take rubbish with you.

Looking for an experienced handyman or insulation installer to replace damaged ceiling gyprock and install foil insulation under the roof (as per attached photo). Scope of work: • Remove damaged ceiling gyprock • Supply and install new gyprock/plasterboard • Tape, set, and sand joints (ready for paint) • Install foil board / sarking insulation under roof rafters (like existing in photo) • Secure insulation neatly between timber framing • Re-inforce the rest of ceiling and set finish. Clean up and dispose of waste

Reinforce the area (joists or fixing points) to safely support the existing curtain track and heavy curtains – suggestions welcome. Hello! 👋 I'm seeking a qualified/experienced handyman to hang two framed glass prints on an internal wall—locating studs or metal framing will be required. Items: 2 x glass prints, 50cm x 75cm each—they're reasonably heavy, at best guess, around 6 kg each. If it's of any value, the items were purchased from Snapfish. (I have also included a photo of the provided instructions.) Wall type: I believe it’s gyprock/plasterboard. The tradesman who mounted my television in another room concluded that our walls don’t have timber studs—he suggested metal studs/framing behind the gyprock. If it assists with your estimate, our building is slightly less than five years old. Requirement: Please locate studs/framing and mount securely—not just into plasterboard. As such, please bring a stud finder and supply appropriate fixings for plasterboard and metal studs. Finish: I'd like the items level, aligned, and evenly spaced. I'm happy to follow your recommendations. Access: Normal apartment/home access. Underground parking can be provided, as needed. Timing: Ideally, after 11:30 AM on Wednesday, 17 December.
