I need an experienced solid plasterer/rendering professional to repair the outside face of an existing oven recess in my kitchen. The inside of the recess is NOT being plastered and will remain exposed brick. The work is to repair the damaged areas around the opening, including the sides and top, build up/level the surface where required, and finish it flush with the existing wall and smooth/ready for painting. This is an older brick/masonry wall, so I’m specifically looking for someone experienced with solid plaster/render repairs over brick, rather than someone who mainly does plasterboard. Materials to be included in the price. Photos attached. The job is ready to be completed now. Please provide a quote and, ideally, examples of similar brick/masonry plaster repair work you’ve completed.
Michael turned up on time, was polite and professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He cleaned up after himself and did a great job. Would definitely use him again.

Scope of work: * Remove the existing timber door frame. * install a frame to close the opening. * Install gyprock/plasterboard on both sides. * Tape, set, sand and prepare the wall for painting. * Install new skirting board to match the existing profile. * Ensure the finished wall is flush and blends seamlessly with the surrounding walls. * Remove all rubbish and leave the area clean and tidy. Requirements: * Experience with internal wall framing and gyprock. * Own tools and materials. * Attention to detail for a professional finish. * Please include photos of similar work if available.
