Half height render external boundary wall. Tiles have been removed with some glue remaining which can be rendered over. The finishing point will be the last full tile with flushing bead on top. Roughly 1.7m high × 5.7 (9.7m2) Painting will be done by others

I have a small wall under my kitchen counter that I’d like covered with Gyprock. The space is 1955mm x 860mm, my aim is to cover gap between the counter top and the wall underneath. I’d like someone who is suitably skilled to supply the Gyprock and install it. Please see the photos. Please note the long piece of skirting is not fixed to the wall.

The Issue: A small hole has appeared in our ceiling near the pre-test room. This was previously associated with a water leak during rain. We believe the source of the leak has been addressed by Centre Management; however, we now need the physical hole in the ceiling repaired professionally to prevent any further issues and remove the hazard. Ceiling height: Approximately 4 meters The Job: The task is to patch the hole and repaint the area so it blends seamlessly with the existing ceiling. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely accessing the high ceiling (approx. 4 meters). 2. Preparing the area around the hole, patching it with a suitable filler, and sanding it perfectly smooth and flush. 3.
