We have plasterboard separating. It doesn't look like the piece that is separating is in danger of falling, but it is progressively getting worse. So not sure if this is just a job of patching, or if a section of plasterboard needs to be removed and replaced. No need for repainting as this will be a future job.

We rendered the house, had left over plasterer sand and small amounts of concrete left, so placed these in the green waste bin. We're installing a kitchen and in the process removed some tiles. There's still some grout remnants on the wall, and a few holes here and there to fill, and it all needs patching up to prepare for new tiles. We would like it done in the next couple of weeks, before the benchtop is being installed. The budget is just a guess, as I don't know how long the prep / cleaning work will take. - Due date: Flexible

Windowsill ledge (approx 1m x 10cm) base has disintegrated from moisture (I think it's plaster?) Needs re-plastering and sealing against moisture for future - Due date: Flexible

Plastering needed and tiling needs to be done after that. Not looking to remove surrounding tiles. Just want the fix for the damaged part. - Due date: Before Friday, October 27, 2023
