Lounge Room size 3800 x 8000 Height - 3850 high side , 2600 - low side. The room has racked ceilings. We are wanting dry wall to the internal four walls. There is one sliding door and 2 windows, easy access, the room will be cleared entirely. I have scaffolding on site, if you need it. Supply, install and flush.

Would also need plasterboard and flushing one side and would like side facing master bed to be sheeted with v-board panels. i also need vertical studs to be 300mm apart. Looking for an experienced plasterer/gyprock ceiling repairer to repair several holes in our ceilings following removal of old lights/exhaust fans and vents. There are 10 areas in total: * 6 small circular holes from removed ceiling fittings * 2 larger holes left by removed exhaust fans * 2 existing ceiling vents to be removed and the openings patched over Photos attached showing the areas requiring repair. The job is to properly patch all openings, reinforce/back where required, plaster/set, sand and finish the ceiling surfaces smooth and flush, ready for painting. We want the repairs to blend into the existing ceiling as neatly as possible. Please supply all materials required for the repairs and clean up afterwards.

I need an experienced solid plasterer/rendering professional to repair the outside face of an existing oven recess in my kitchen. The inside of the recess is NOT being plastered and will remain exposed brick. The work is to repair the damaged areas around the opening, including the sides and top, build up/level the surface where required, and finish it flush with the existing wall and smooth/ready for painting. This is an older brick/masonry wall, so I’m specifically looking for someone experienced with solid plaster/render repairs over brick, rather than someone who mainly does plasterboard. Materials to be included in the price. Photos attached. The job is ready to be completed now. Please provide a quote and, ideally, examples of similar brick/masonry plaster repair work you’ve completed.

we had old ceiling lights replaced with downlights. Now the old holes need to be repatched and painted. There are 4 in total (bedroom, dining, kitchen and small one in laundry area). Photos below except for bedroom. I also have a courtyard with broken and crumbling render around garden beds, which would be an additional piece of work if the plastering job goes well. Can be discussed further in person.

I have two small areas that require plastering.

Ceiling sagging and cracks between gyp rock sheets needs resecure/putty to prep for paint. Hole in wall near light switch needs repair and prep for paint. Cracks in gyprock around window frames needs repair and prep for paint. I'm having trouble uploading pics so I can txt through.
