Measure twice cut once was not adhered to, and I need my ceiling patched around my rangehood install, also securing the flue cover would be handy while you're in there. Also a cracked ceiling in hallway from water damage that can be done at the same time make it worth your while. Also have a hole in the eave eaten by cockatoos, if you can patch that sort of thing.

We have a plumber coming in the morning on the 14th April He has pulled 1 tile off the wall to access pipes. We will need the wall (gyprock) fixed and re-tiled & Grout I have purchased replacement tiles but not grout, gyprock or anything else required Bonus points if you can re-grout the shower floor.
Muhammad was the best Tradie we have worked with in a long time, he had great communication from the start. He arrived on time, did the job to a professional level and even went above what we asked. We will most definitely be asking him to do work for us in the future. 💯 recommend
