Water damage has lead to some plaster damage to our ceiling, already have a painter ready to go although require a plasterer/handyman to cut out and replace the damaged plasterboard section.

The room is under the main roof and has an existing ceiling. It is about 6.2m x 7.4m with a wall height of approx 2.2m. The room has double glass sliding doors, two windows and a wooden door.

we’re installing an IKEA laundry (cabinets built and ready to go) and need a carpenter or cabinetmaker to build the base and top framing for the cabinetry. The laundry’s currently empty standard double-brick home (7–8 years old). We only need a frame for the cabinets to sit on, and above cabinet frame to fix the overhead cupboards so plaster can go right up to the ceiling and create a built-in bulkhead. We’ll be doing painting and tiling afterwards — just need the frame built square and ready to take cabinetry

We believe the source of the leak has been addressed by Centre Management; however, we now need the physical hole in the ceiling repaired professionally to prevent any further issues and remove the hazard. Repair hole in plasterboard wall Bassendean area Want done so I can paint walls

I need a set of wooden gymnastics stall bars (already assembled, approx. 2.3m tall) securely installed against a plasterboard wall in my timber-frame house. ⚠️ Important: The stall bars need to be fixed into wall studs (not just plasterboard) so they are strong enough to safely take full bodyweight, including hanging and inverted exercises. Wall is standard plasterboard with timber studs behind. Stud finder and correct fixings will be needed (coach screws/bolts into studs, or battens if studs don’t align with brackets). I need this mounted rock solid and safe for load-bearing use. The unit already has metal brackets top and bottom for fixing into the wall. Please bring your own tools and appropriate heavy-duty fixings. Skills required: Carpentry / handyman experience Confident with stud walls and load-bearing installations Extra Info: Location: North Beach Flexible with day/time. Fix Gyprock ceiling to Living area

We have three walls that need plastering after tiles have been removed along with a few patch ups. Two power points are being relocated and existing holes need filling. We are a bit restricted on days as flooring is being laid 11-14th August restricting access. New cupboards are being fitted in the cavity beside this area on 16th August but there will be one overhead installed that may hinder the plastering after it is installed. There still will be access behind it. Ideally job to be done 8th to 10th of August or 15th of August. Preferably not while the floor is getting laid. Otherwise will have to be after cupboards are installed. Price negotiable.

Cracking along parts of a bulkhead and cornice. Potentially needs replacing or if can be repaired. Have some other areas throughout house for inspection too if possible

Plasterer patch old holes for evap ducting (7) as well as around 8 holes from old down lights. We’d like someone who can do a good job and make the repair look seamless.
