I’m looking for an experienced plasterer to repair and finish two large openings after the removal of sliding door frames. Each opening is approximately 3.5 m wide × 2.6 m high. As shown in the attached photo, removal of the frames has left sections of plasterboard and ceiling exposed around the steel framing/beam. The work required includes: - repairing/reinstating plasterboard around both openings - repairing the ceiling areas where the sliding door frames were removed - patching exposed sections around the steel framing/beam - installing or replacing corner bead where required - setting, jointing and sanding - blending the repaired areas neatly into the existing walls and ceiling - leaving all surfaces smooth and ready for painting - supplying all necessary plastering materials - removing plastering debris on completion - resheeting and finishing approximately 22 m² of existing rendered walls - possibly forming a small plasterboard bulkhead over the ceiling gap if required to achieve a neat finish and conceal the uneven ceiling levels. Painting is not required. The listed budget is indicative only and is a starting point for discussion. My lease is ending and need 2 holes in the property fixed after living there for 6 years. Image 1 - a poster frame fell down and the corner chipped a hole in the wall. Image 2 + 3 - a towel rack fell down on one side. We still have the parts that need to be fixed. Not really sure what something like this costs to fix so open to all offers! :)

I am looking for a qualified Carpenter and/or Plasterer to repair damage in a downstairs rumpus room caused by a previous leak. The leak has been addressed and rotten wood removed, but I now need the following remediation work: • Carpentry: replace/reinforce timber framing in the corner where wood rot has occurred. Fix a hole in plasterboard wall

Looking for a handyman to repair a small hole in an internal door. Task includes replastering and repainting the damaged area to match the existing finish. Located in Tarragindi. Flexible with timing.

Fix hole & dent in plasterboard (see picture). I tried a mesh patch but it didn’t work - probably needs cutting out of damaged plasterboard and replacing with a new piece. Hole in picture is approx 11cm across.

I have a hole in my wall that is about 30cm long and 10cm wide. I need it plastered and sanded as I currently have a plastic bag stuck in said hole so bugs don’t come into my room 😂
