I’m looking for an experienced plasterer / handyman to properly repair a few areas in my home: Scope of work: - 1 damaged wall section near a window - Previous patch has failed and area had some movement (could be pushed in slightly) - Needs proper fix (not just filler): - Cut back if required - Secure backing / re-fix sheet - Install new gyprock if needed - Tape + set + sand smooth - 1 ceiling crack - Needs to be opened up, taped and properly set - 1 smaller wall crack - Same treatment (not just surface filler) Please note that we do not have a picture of the crack in the ceiling, however, in the picture of the kitchen, the crack extends along horizontally across from the edge of the left side of the kitchen about 70% across. This crack and the more minor one are both very thin. Please include materials in quote. Thank you!

Rectify the roof around the recessed heater - pictured. It needs to have a VERY tidy finish (we sell these products and this is in a showroom). Ideally touchup paint is done as part of the job as well. Part of the paint is peeling and there is a significant hole as pictured in one location. The ret needs more of a tidy as was sealed into the roof incorrectly and has since been cut (hence the mess!) This is locate din an office so ideal days to rectify are Thurs 8-4, or Mon next week 8-4. Please confirm whether you can paint to complete the work as well - all materials to be supplied by you.
