Looking for an experienced painter/handyman to paint one small 12sqm bedroom, 4m x 3m with 2.3m high ceilings. The room will be cleared and ready for painting. There are a few minor plastering/preparation areas on the walls and ceiling, as highlighted in the attached photos. These are small cosmetic repairs only, not major plasterboard repairs. Painting required: • Ceiling and walls • Skirting boards and trims • Entry door • Two wardrobe doors • Minor plaster repairs, sanding and preparation as shown in photos • Two coats of paint I will supply the paint. Please supply your own tools and standard plastering/preparation materials. Budget: $400 labour. This is the first room of a larger whole-house painting project, so there will be substantial additional work available for the right person if I’m happy with the quality and pricing. Please confirm in your offer that the minor plaster repairs, preparation and two coats of paint are included. Anytime is good to start.

A plumber will be leaving about 2 smallish holes in the walls that are plaster only. He will also be leaving a hole in the bathroom in a small tiled area so we may need a small amount of water proofing and tiling in that area too. He will be doing the work on Tuesday the 6th of October so I don’t have pictures of the holes yet. I have provided a picture of the tiled area that will have to be repaired behind this mixer.

I need a handyman to install two pieces of Gyprock boards (2400 mm X 1200 mm) and one piece of Cement board ( 2400 mm X 1200 mm). There is scope of other work Which I will negotiate later. I will pay for the materials separately.

Hole in hallway wall that went through to bedroom. Need fixed next week sometime. Need it to blend in and not be noticeable so experience is required. First photo is hallway (the big hole), the second photo is of the bedroom (the crack). I can buy whatever is needed to fix it.

Seeking a plasterer to sheet an ensuite. All sheets, screws, top & base coat, tape, corners already sourced and onsite ready to go - previous trade ghosted us. Includes 1 x 3000mmx800mm framed wall, 2 x 2400mmx950mm wall (front and back side) and a little overhead section connecting these two walls together that’s framed, and 1 x 2100mmx1000mm wall (front and back). All areas have been framed, plumbing and electrical done to be accounted for when sheeting.
