It doesn’t not reach to the ceiling so you can still see the removed cornice from on top and on the side I need someone to explain to me what ca we do to fix it or clean it up and come do it . Plastering of walls and cornices

I have built the Ikea wardrobe, added a base and now I need help with some plastering, cornice and skirting board installation. Get it ready to paint. Please see photos.

Looking for an experienced plasterer/gyprocker for a bathroom renovation. The bathroom is being converted into a full wet bathroom. Works include removing the existing ceiling cornice/coving in the bathroom only, keeping the ceiling in place, and patching and making good the ceiling edge after removal. Existing wall linings will be removed as required and all bathroom walls will be re-sheeted in Villaboard (fibre cement), then set and finished square and true ready for waterproofing and floor-to-ceiling tiling by others. There may also be a wall in the living area that needs to be re-sheeted in standard gyprock after demolition. The final extent of this will be confirmed once demo is complete, and I can provide dimensions and photos at that stage to finalise pricing. All works will be carried out after plumbing and electrical rough-ins are completed. No waterproofing or tiling is required as this is being done by another contractor. Wet-area experience is required and work must be suitable for waterproofing compliance. Owner is available onsite for access and walkthrough.

Wall section to reinstate is 3.5m long x 1.3m high. The plasterboard was removed from a brick/masonry wall. The wall-to-slab joint at the base has been pressure-injected with waterproofing membrane. The brick face has been coated with membrane paint. The area is now dry and stable. Scope required: Reinstate the wall to the original finished line. Do not bring the wall forward or box it out. The original plasterboard sat about 25mm off the brick. Install a low-profile fixing support (thin battens or furring channels) fixed to the masonry where appropriate. No drilling or fixings through the injected waterproofed base joint at the slab. Keep the bottom edge of the new sheet 10 to 15mm above the slab so it does not touch the floor. If any mechanical fixings must go through the membrane-painted brick, each fixing point must be sealed so the waterproofing remains continuous. This means sealant in the drilled hole before the fixing goes in, seal around the head, then touch up with membrane paint. Supply and install moisture resistant plasterboard. If you recommend fibre cement instead, please explain why. Tape and set joints, then sand to a paint-ready finish. Clean up and remove all rubbish. Quoting: Please include materials and labour. Please confirm your proposed fixing method. I do not want an adhesive-only dot-and-dab plasterboard install directly onto the membrane-painted brick.

There are five areas which require a licensed plasterer to come and fix it. It’s cracking in two area of the ceiling plus one joint that is cracked through to the other side of the joint and also behind the curtain rail it seems there is a crack. See photos attached. Area 5 is directly behind area 3. Area 1 and 2 is in the living area ceiling and area 5 is also in the living area

Finishing plastering and install small bits of cornice

Two spots on garage wall where paint and outer layer of drywall were peeled off when removing something stuck by double sided tape. A patch up with a flat matte white paint required before Friday 19/12/25

Needing the ceiling hole to be covered + Plaster and old downlight holes to be covered along with a few smaller holes and electrical work to be covered.

Need to plaster and repair and paint 5 x holes behind doors and 3 x holes on walls.
