I am currently renovating an apartment in Dandenong. The builder I had up until recently had accidently poked through the plaster in the roof of the apartment underneath me. The builder has halfway repaired. Still needs some plaster and paint work to be done. I can provide pics. Builder is no longer available and left before finishing the repair. They are great neighbours and have waited very patiently for their roof to be fixed. I will need a fixee quote and RECEIPTS for work undertaken. Needs to be fixed, patched and sanded to be ready to paint. If the paint can be colour-matched and painted for a reasonable cost, please add that too.
