I am currently renovating an apartment in Dandenong. The builder I had up until recently had accidently poked through the plaster in the roof of the apartment underneath me. The builder has halfway repaired. Still needs some plaster and paint work to be done. I can provide pics. Builder is no longer available and left before finishing the repair. They are great neighbours and have waited very patiently for their roof to be fixed. I will need a fixee quote and RECEIPTS for work undertaken. Needs to be fixed, patched and sanded to be ready to paint. If the paint can be colour-matched and painted for a reasonable cost, please add that too. The dimensions of the hole are approximately 45 by 45 cm. I am not sure on the cost, hence provided just an indicative cost, please submit your offer.

I got a few things to do as follows: I need to restore the wall plaster with putty, paint and install towel holder. Remove and replace wall wooden skirting in garage and 2 toilets. Glue kick plate and paint front and laundry door. 820mm door &white paint. (Kick plates will be supplied) Paint kitchen and upstair window frames as they are peeled off. Replace Gas stove 600mm (supplied) in the kitchen.
