Measurements are 2.1m (left) 2.9m (width) 2.7m (right) Can be square set or add a strip (not concerned) Sheeted on one side and just the frame on the other. Hi, I am looking for an experienced handyman who can install Gyprock sheets, ceiling cornice, and complete basic plastering (joint setting and sanding) in our garage. The garage size is approximately **5.4 m × 8.4 m**. The previous ceiling has already been removed, but there are still some **minor debris and leftover materials** that will need to be cleared before installation begins. The job will include: * Supplying the required materials (Gyprock sheets, cornice, joint compound, screws, etc.) * Installing the ceiling boards * Installing ceiling cornice * Plastering the joints and screw holes (setting and sanding) so the ceiling is ready for painting * Cleaning up the space after the work is completed I will **reimburse material costs if receipts are provided**. I estimate the work will take around **7 hours with two people**, but if it takes longer, I am happy to pay additional labour costs. Had a water leak in the ceiling. Got Licenced Plumber to fix the water problem, but now need a Gyprocker to fix the ceiling. Gyprock + Paint the section of the ceiling with White.

I need a door frame and the parts of the walls around it removed. Once thats done it may need some gyprock. Partial skirting and a paint job.

Strip laundry and re gyprock

Removal: Cutting out and removing approximately 600mm x 600mm of water-damaged/jagged drywall. Installation: Installing a new Gyprock patch. Note: The hole is directly adjacent to a ceiling manhole and a light fixture, so careful cutting/backing is required. Finishing: Taping, mudding, and sanding to a paint-ready finish. A section of plasterboard has sagged/collapsed. Remove and replace damaged plasterboard or reuse if possible. Tape, set, sand, and paint to match the existing matte white ceiling finish. Reinforce the area (joists or fixing points) to safely support the existing curtain track and heavy curtains – suggestions welcome. Care needed around recessed lighting, air vent, and window/curtains. All materials (plasterboard, compound, tape, paint match, any reinforcement timber/screws) to be supplied by the tasker. Clean up required – vacuum dust, protect floors/furniture.

Hello! 👋 I'm seeking a qualified/experienced handyman to hang two framed glass prints on an internal wall—locating studs or metal framing will be required. Items: 2 x glass prints, 50cm x 75cm each—they're reasonably heavy, at best guess, around 6 kg each. If it's of any value, the items were purchased from Snapfish. (I have also included a photo of the provided instructions.) Wall type: I believe it’s gyprock/plasterboard. The tradesman who mounted my television in another room concluded that our walls don’t have timber studs—he suggested metal studs/framing behind the gyprock. If it assists with your estimate, our building is slightly less than five years old. Requirement: Please locate studs/framing and mount securely—not just into plasterboard. As such, please bring a stud finder and supply appropriate fixings for plasterboard and metal studs. Finish: I'd like the items level, aligned, and evenly spaced. I'm happy to follow your recommendations. Access: Normal apartment/home access. Underground parking can be provided, as needed. Timing: Ideally, after 11:30 AM on Wednesday, 17 December. We have knocked out an old wall, i am looking for a plasterer to close up the gaps and finish of the gyprock work. Supply all tools and materials. IMPORTANT NOTE: Building allows minimal noise. No power tools can be used, any cutting or mixing needs to be done by hand in door, all works need to be done extremely quietly.
